Dementia Seminar (Attorneys Session)

Lunch will be provided. There will be a $15 fee for any guests attending the event.
The program incorporates a speaker, Jamie Wilson of Dementia Services Group from Kalamazoo. Jamie will talk about dementia to provide an overview of what dementia is and is not, warning signs, as well as practical and ethical ways of dealing with it - including how to set protocol and protect the firm/organization in dealing with clients who may have dementia.
Jamie has been certified by the Alzheimer’s Association as a Dementia Professional, by the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners as a Certified Dementia Practitioner and as an Instructor by Johns Hopkins School of Nursing in Alzheimer’s and other Neurocognitive Disorders. She has spent the last 5 years studying brain disorders of all types to include mental illness and traumatic brain injury.
